سياسة الخصوصية

«بياع» منصّة لإدارة محادثات خدمة العملاء عبر واتساب وإنستغرام بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي. هذي السياسة توضّح أي بيانات نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

١) البيانات اللي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: اسم النشاط، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة مشفّرة بـscrypt — لا نحفظها كنص).
بيانات المحادثات: رسائل العملاء وردود البوت/الموظفين، لعرضها في لوحة التحكم وتحسين الردود.
بيانات الموظفين: الأسماء والبريد اللي يضيفها صاحب الحساب لفريقه.
رمز الجهاز للإشعارات (Push token): لإرسال إشعارات التطبيق فقط.
بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وسجلات الأخطاء لأغراض الأمان والتشغيل.

٢) كيف نستخدم البيانات

تشغيل الخدمة: عرض المحادثات، الرد، توزيعها على الموظفين، والإشعارات.
تحسين جودة ردود المساعد الذكي.
حماية الحسابات ومنع الإساءة.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا بيانات عملائك لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها في إعلانات.

٣) المعالجات الخارجية (Sub-processors)

نستعين بمزوّدين موثوقين لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: Anthropic (Claude) لتوليد ردود المساعد، Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) لاستقبال وإرسال الرسائل، وGoogle Firebase لإرسال الإشعارات. كل مزوّد يلتزم بسياسات حماية بياناته.

٤) الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات طول ما الحساب فعّال. تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناته نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق مباشرةً: القائمة ← «حذف حسابي نهائيًا». كما يمكنك طلب الحذف بمراسلتنا، وننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة معقولة.

٥) الأمان

نستخدم HTTPS، تشفير كلمات المرور، جلسات آمنة (HttpOnly/Secure)، عزل بيانات كل عميل عن الآخر، وحدود معدّل ضد الإساءة.

٦) حقوقك والتواصل

لك حق الوصول لبياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. لأي استفسار عن الخصوصية:

Bayaa is an AI-assisted platform for managing customer-service conversations over WhatsApp and Instagram. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.

Data we collect: account details (business name, email, scrypt-hashed password), conversation messages (customer and bot/agent replies), employee names/emails added by the account owner, device push tokens (for app notifications only), and technical data (IP, error logs) for security.

How we use it: to operate the service (display conversations, reply, distribute to staff, send notifications), improve AI reply quality, and protect accounts. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sub-processors: Anthropic (Claude) for AI replies, Meta (WhatsApp/Instagram) for messaging, and Google Firebase for push notifications.

Retention & deletion: data is kept while the account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all its data directly inside the app (Menu → “Delete my account”), or request full deletion by contacting us.

Security: HTTPS, password hashing, secure HttpOnly sessions, per-tenant data isolation, and rate limiting.
